Open Days: (Monday-Saturday)
Time: 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. during the week and at 9:00, 10:00, or 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays.

Class Option Examples:  

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Fit Camp, Zumba, Boxing, Boot-Camp, 30 Minute Abs, Circuit Training, Tai-Chi Yoga,
Personal Training Available: 1 FREE Personal Training session per employee/resident

Offsite Class Options (Our Location)

Open Days: (Monday-Saturday)
Time: Monday thru Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Class Option Examples: Unlimited Group Fitness, Boot Camp, & Pole Classes
Personal Training Available: 1 FREE Personal Training session per employee/resident
